Refund Policy
At First Class Cleats, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
If an issue occurs due to our error — such as receiving defective boots, or an incorrect size or colourway — please contact us at firstclasscleats@gmail.com to arrange a return. The boots must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Once your return is confirmed, we will promptly process a full refund or exchange for the correct item based on your original order. Please note that sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All orders placed are final.
If the error is on the customer’s end — for example, selecting the wrong size or colourway — you have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase confirmation to request an order change. After this period, if your order has already been prepared or shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel the order. To request an order update, please reach out via email.
We understand that sometimes things don’t fit as expected or you may change your mind. In these cases, exchanges may be accepted at our discretion, provided the boots are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, email firstclasscleats@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A photo of the shipping slip
- A photo of the boots
- A clear image of the size tag inside the boots
Providing this information helps us verify your order and resolve your request as efficiently as possible.
Please note: Full refunds are only issued when the error is on our part.
Please note: Using the boots on an incorrect playing surface (e.g., wearing FG boots on AG/astro turf) will void the warranty, as this misuse can cause premature damage
