We ship worldwide! Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. 

Refund Policy

At First Class Cleats, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • You received the wrong item or colour.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, do not like the product, or if the boots do not fit.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstclasscleats@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. After inspection, if your return meets the conditions above, we will process a replacement or refund.

Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
